ABOUT US
Jaco Blu is a project conceived, and developed by an experienced group of real estate investors, architects, engineers, construction, and sales specialists, operating full time in Costa Rica with over 70 years of real estate development experience combined. All of our managing partners live in Costa Rica and are on site, overseeing all aspects of the project during and after its completion. We are a bilingual group of individuals who have in-depth first hand knowledge of this fascinating and complex region.
Mission:
We create long term, luxury vacation residence environments in beautiful Costa Rica, which are affordable, and smart real estate investments, that embrace the concepts of sustainable luxury resort living, in natural surroundings, and offer a lifetime of quality experiences, and memories to our owners. At this time we feel that Costa Rica is an available market for an affordable, high quality, luxury, fractional real estate ownership product.
